Who pays import customs, duties and taxes depends on the shipping terms in your quotation. Check the import rules for adult products in your country before you order.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please check your shipment when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not as ordered, email us at sales@afdoll1.com as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the item and the packaging. We will agree a solution with you according to your order terms.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, we cannot take back products that have been used. Returns of unused items are handled case by case under your order terms.
