Ordering Realistic Doll Heads Wholesale: A Buyer Checklist

Agree these points before you order

1. Neck bolt and neck opening

   Many buyers use M16 to describe the neck bolt. Before you order, ask the factory to confirm that the thread and the neck opening fit the bodies you sell. A head that does not fit cannot be sold as a replacement head.

2. The bodies it must fit

   Name the bodies you plan to pair the head with: brand, model or height. Ask for written confirmation that the head fits them, skin tone included.

3. Hard or soft head

   Buyers ask for one or the other. Ask which head types are offered for the face you want, so your listing says which one the customer gets.

4. Wig or implanted hair

   Ask whether the head comes with a wig or with implanted hair, and in which color and length. The hair changes the look in your product photos.

5. Eye color

   State the eye color for each face. If one order mixes colors, give the count for each color.

6. Face style and make-up

   Send photos of the faces you like and describe the make-up: brows, eyes, lips and blush. At MZRAIDOLL these are painted by hand at our make-up stations.

7. A sample before the bulk order

   Order one head first and check it on your own body. In our inquiry form, choose "A sample" and name the product. We reply with the sample price and terms.

8. Packing for transport

   Ask how each head is packed, so that the painted face arrives without marks.

9. Price, quantity, lead time and shipping terms

   Get them in one written quotation. We ship from Guangdong, China. The shipping terms in the quotation decide who pays import duties. Check the import rules for adult products in your country before you order.
